Welcome to 360REELS. By engaging our photography, video production, or digital media services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and Shubhamoy Mondal, operating under the brand identity 360REELS.
1. Service Bookings & Project Execution
All creative assignments, videography sessions, and media production schedules are finalized through a formal corporate work order or electronic agreement detailing project timelines and milestone costs. No production frameworks or custom resource planning will commence without clear confirmation of terms via written or electronic acknowledgment.
2. Intellectual Property & Asset Delivery
Final processed media assets are delivered to clients upon receipt of complete milestone payments as per individual project contracts. 360REELS retains complete title and initial copyright over raw, unedited footage, source files, and drafting baselines. Full commercial usage rights for the final delivered products are granted to the Client explicitly upon complete financial settlement of the invoice.
3. Payment Mechanism & Checkout Flow
To ensure transparent tracking and financial security for commercial visual projects, our billing workflow operates via secure direct checkout systems.
Payment Checkout Flow
Services are billed via custom, secure digital invoices or payment links sent directly to clients via email or message. Clicking the payment link redirects the client to our secure, RBI-authorized checkout page where they can complete the transaction using any major domestic or international credit card, net banking, or verified wallet interface.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because 360REELS delivers customized creative visual media, video production, and post-production editing services, our refund policies are structured based on active project stages:
Project Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled production or editing contract by providing written notice. Advance milestone deposits cover initial pre-production resource allocation and are generally non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot.
Service Revisions
We work closely with clients during the editing stage to provide structured revisions as outlined in individual work agreements to ensure complete satisfaction with the final assets before delivery.
Refund Processing
If an official cancellation qualifies for a partial or complete refund under your individual project agreement, the approved amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment source (credit card/bank account) within 5 to 7 business days through our payment gateway.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or conflicts arising directly out of our production services, web platforms, or custom billing transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Goa, India.
